Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment according to policy
• Maintain dish room area in a neat and sanitary manner
• Keep kitchen floors clean and empty trash
• Monitor dish machine chemicals and sanitizing temperatures
• Record temperature and sanitation levels in logs
• Assist with transportation and storage of food and supplies
• Support cooks and wait staff as requested
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive demeanor and can-do attitude
• Ability to build positive relationships with team members and residents
• Focused on providing excellent customer service
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
