Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
• Clean and sanitize kitchen preparation stations and appliances
• Comply with all food service sanitation and safety standards
• Sweep and mop floors and manage trash removal
• Restock clean dishes and flatware to cook stations and designated areas
• Assist with other cleaning and sanitization needs as requested

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Basic computer skills, including internet navigation and email usage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work the designated 2nd shift schedule (Tuesday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service
• Working knowledge of professional sanitation procedures
