Le Laboratoire Culinaire Traiteur Barrière de Pont-l’Évêque recherche un Plongeur en CDI pour rejoindre un site de production dynamique au service des établissements Barrière de la région.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning and storage of dishes, utensils, and production equipment
- Maintain hygiene of dishwashing and production areas in compliance with HACCP standards
- Participate in cleaning common areas of the laboratory (changing rooms, sanitary facilities, offices, corridors, break areas)
- Monitor proper use and storage of cleaning products and equipment
- Support teams as needed to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Rigorous and dynamic personality
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Sensitivity to hygiene and safety rules
- Organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in dishwashing or maintenance is appreciated, but motivated beginners are welcome
