Dishwasher and Prep Cook

Responsibilities

• Put away and rotate produce and food orders to ensure freshness and longevity
• Inspect cooking utensils and equipment for quality and cleanliness
• Operate kitchen machinery including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders
• Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Open, close, and clean your station thoroughly
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery
• Remove garbage, bus tables, and retrieve dishes from dining areas
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
