About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote assigned pharmaceutical and Oncology products to drive sales growth
- Manage assigned territory and execute strategic plans targeting physicians in institutional and private sectors
- Develop and implement plans including goals, action plans, time frames, and resource management
- Identify and address patient journey gaps to optimize patient outcomes
- Perform account mapping and build strategic engagement plans
- Establish strong relationships with a broad base of healthcare constituents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary medicine
- 2-3 years of previous experience in specialty care lines
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for healthcare and competitive sales environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Oncology
