Disease Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Oncology/Hematology disease area specialists
• Drive sales and market share growth in Public, semi-public, and private sectors
• Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories
• Expand market share and ensure flawless execution of portfolio strategic plans across all channels
• Build impactful partnerships with stakeholders and accounts to expand market presence
• Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success and compliance
• Assign territories, targets, and achievements timely on Matrix as per company guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary medicine
• 2-3 years of experience in people management in specialty lines
• Oncology experience is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for healthcare and patient care
