Discretionary Trader

Responsibilities

• Manage your own account within a global team of talented individual traders
• Leverage technology and capital to identify, research, and exploit new market opportunities
• Participate in high-level conversations regarding market fundamentals and execution techniques
• Adopt a data-driven approach to refine and scale existing profitable strategies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience trading discretionary intraday futures strategies within a proprietary trading firm
• Minimum of seven-figure net annual PNL performance or on track for this level
• Existing refined and profitable trading methodology
• Preference for focus on CME, ICE, or Eurex markets
• Exceptional discipline in risk management and emotional control
• Ability to work onsite in the Dublin or London office
