Disclosure and Shareholder Meeting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage public disclosures to the Financial Supervisory Service and the Exchange (periodic, occasional, equity, and corporate governance reports)
• Operate and manage general meetings of shareholders
• Handle stock-related administrative tasks including stock options and cancellations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in public disclosure or shareholder meeting management
• Ability to travel overseas without disqualifying factors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with KOSPI company disclosures
• High interest and understanding of the gaming and IT industries
• Excellent English communication and business proficiency
