Discipline Leader Procurement & Contract Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, execution, and renewal
• Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational needs
• Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers
• Track and analyze contract performance against key metrics
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Resolve commercial disputes and settlements related to contracted scope
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align contract objectives with business goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Commercial and Contract Managerial role on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of purchasing options and framework agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to develop successful commercial relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary matrix environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
