Discipline Lead - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for electrical panels, supply, distribution, and technical installations in projects
• Drive and quality assure electrical design across all project phases
• Ensure integration with BMS/CTS and other technical disciplines
• Contribute to technical decisions and reviews in complex projects
• Ensure compliance with requirements from authorities, customers, and relevant standards (e.g., GMP)
• Support project execution with a focus on quality, time, and economy

Requirements

• Education as a Chief Engineer (maskinmester), Electrical Contractor (el-installatør), or Electrical Engineer
• Solid experience with electrical design and dimensioning for industrial plants
• Knowledge of security installations
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects, preferably within pharma, food, defense, or process industry
• Experience leading employees in projects
• Strong communication skills, including English
