Discipline Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on design based on existing rules.
• Support problem-solving initiatives using standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control).
• Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations.
• Apply existing design standards to ensure alignment with company guidelines and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers to support their onboarding and development.
• Adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the discipline's digitalization roadmap.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Maintain awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical solution execution within a mechanical engineering context.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and contribute to solutions.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and reports.
• Ability to apply design standards and follow established engineering guidelines.
• Readiness to adopt new digital tools and participate in digitalization roadmaps.
