About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct hearings regarding the inmate disciplinary process
  • Render decisions in accordance with departmental policy and applicable laws
  • Work daily with staff, outside agencies, and inmates to manage disciplinary matters

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in the Corrections profession or Criminal Justice field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, with major coursework in criminal justice, social science, education, or a related field
