Disability Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Support participants with daily living activities while ensuring safe and confident engagement within the community
• Contribute to the Day Program by supporting access, inclusion, and participation for adults with disabilities
• Assist clients in achieving personal goals, hobbies, and interests through a person-centred approach
• Facilitate engaging activities such as sports, games, arts and crafts, and community outings
• Build and maintain positive, welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and external service providers

Requirements

• Experience supporting clients using a person-centred approach
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid VIC Driver’s licence
• International Police Check (if applicable based on residency history)
