Disability Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Promote choice and control for clients by participating in their daily routines, goals, and interests
• Follow behavior support plans, restrictive practices, and client care plans as directed by clinical teams
• Encourage capacity building in areas such as hygiene, domestic duties, and community access
• Provide person-centered active support to build client independence
• Support clients with personal care and emotional support with dignity and respect
• Maintain accurate documentation through competent IT and report writing skills

Requirements

• P2 NSW Driver's License or higher
• Regular access to your own vehicle
• Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 roster
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
• Working with Children Check
• Strong IT and report writing skills
