About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support that empowers clients to express choice and independence in their daily lives
- Assist clients with daily living needs in their homes and the community, including personal care, meal assistance, and medication support
- Implement behaviour support strategies
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to support client goals
Requirements
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and early mornings (essential)
- Experience supporting clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and/or Behaviours of Concern (BOC) is highly desirable
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
