Disability Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to clients in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment
• Assist clients with daily routines, goals, and interests to promote choice and control
• Deliver high-quality physical support and personal care with dignity and respect
• Support capacity building in areas such as hygiene, domestic duties, and community participation
• Adhere to care plans, restrictive practices, and clinical directions
• Maintain accurate digital records and complete required report writing

Requirements

• P2 NSW Driver's License or higher
• Regular access to your own vehicle
• Flexible availability for a 24/7 roster, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
• Working with Children Check
• Strong IT and computer skills for reporting
