Disability Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Support customers to achieve their daily goals and build independence through a person-centred approach
• Provide support to a diverse range of customers, including those with behaviours of concern (BOC), epilepsy, and catheter care needs
• Work collaboratively with a team of specialists both on and off-site to create meaningful opportunities for customers to belong and thrive
• Adhere to safe and confident approaches when providing care and support

Requirements

• Full Victorian driver’s licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
• Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Working Rights
• Ability to work all shifts as outlined in the roster

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent)
