Disability Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
• Provide assistance with daily personal activities
• Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
• Maintain thorough record keeping
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Advocate for client choice and control

Requirements

• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• National Criminal History Record Check
• Ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including active nights, sleepovers, and public holidays
• Ability to use technology and software on mobile and desktop devices
