Disability Support Worker – Junior

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal assistance services to employees and applicants with targeted disabilities in an office setting.
• Perform administrative tasks including note-taking at meetings, keyboard navigation, typing, and data entry.
• Assist with physical tasks such as holding and moving materials, lifting maps and charts, and filing.
• Support the reasonable accommodation program by providing forms to employees and drafting routine correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and assist program coordinators with day-to-day operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, OR 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive personnel information with high levels of discretion.
