Disability Support Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Disability Support Workers and provide advice and supervision to achieve positive outcomes
• Ensure staff are skilled and knowledgeable in the delivery of person-centered supports
• Manage the running of services, including budgets, compliance, and staff ratios
• Collaborate with key business partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Manage, monitor, and report on incidents and complaints
• Participate in an on-call roster to support service continuity

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership position within the disability sector
• Diploma in Social & Community Services or equivalent relevant experience
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to demonstrate established influencing and negotiation skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Criminal History Record Check
