Director/Sr. Director/Executive Director, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical operational strategy to ensure studies are executed with quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Translate program strategy into operational execution by connecting science with business and patients
• Identify and evaluate risks and mitigations at the program level
• Influence management and cross-functional team members to achieve program objectives
• Review and provide clinical operations content for clinical and regulatory documents
• Manage overall external budget management
• Execute clinical programs in compliance with ICH/GCP, global regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a scientific field
• 10+ years of Biotech/Pharma clinical research experience
• Strong vendor management and oversight experience
• Deep experience in oncology
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex global clinical studies
• Competence in SOPs, ICH, Global Regulations, Ethics, and Compliance
• Experience in successful study initiation through completion across Phases 1-3
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
