Director/Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers, and TA Operations professionals
• Own full-cycle recruiting strategy across the entire company, scaling across multiple technical disciplines and geographies
• Design and improve interview processes, sourcing strategies, and closing approaches for highly technical roles
• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and custom sourcing methodologies
• Manage recruiting metrics and reporting infrastructure to track pipeline health and quality of hire
• Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership on talent market trends and hiring forecasts

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years building and leading high-performing TA teams in a fast-growing company
• Deep technical recruiting expertise in AI/ML, Software Engineering, or Scientific research
• Proven ability to scale recruiting functions across disciplines and geographies
• Track record of deploying AI-powered tools and custom sourcing methodologies
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and data-driven strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling TA functions from early stage through significant expansion
• Familiarity with the talent landscape in AI, biotech, or deep tech
• Experience recruiting internationally or building multi-region pipelines
