Director/Senior Director, Organizational Development

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve talent management frameworks, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development using modern talent technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build scalable organizational development and change management frameworks, tools, and playbooks.
• Partner with senior leaders to lead change initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead a portfolio of high-impact OD programs from strategy through implementation, using data and analytics to measure success.
• Align stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related HR discipline.
• Proven success designing and scaling talent management programs and career development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience leading enterprise change management initiatives (Prosci, Kotter, or similar methodology preferred).
• Strong program and project management skills within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with modern talent management platforms such as Workday, Lattice, or Culture Amp.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR/change management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in our Cambridge, MA office four days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, venture capital, or other innovation-driven environments.
• Experience leveraging people analytics to drive strategic decisions.
