Director/Senior Director, Energy Transition & Utilities Industry team

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Energy Transition & Utilities business in Sweden, taking full responsibility for results, growth, and market positioning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients, managing and expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and complex transformation initiatives.
• Ensure a strong business pipeline through active market engagement and client work.
• Manage resource and competency planning to align with business needs.
• Attract, develop, and engage talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Contribute to Capgemini Invent's global strategy and growth within the energy sector.

Requirements

• Proven commercial success and business development experience within the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Extensive experience in management consulting, transformation leadership, or executive roles.
• Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, regulatory frameworks, and digital technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master's degree in energy, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Valid Swedish work permit.
