Responsibilities

• Lead a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) functioning as an independent profit center
• Manage a deal team of 2 to 5 members including AVPs, Managers, Associates, and Analysts
• Generate SBU revenue equivalent to at least 5 times the SBU's fixed salary cost
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and career path development for the team
• Maintain deep sector knowledge and coverage across at least two to three sectors
• Align individual interests with organizational interests to drive growth

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude and leadership capabilities
• Proven ability to lead and groom professional teams
• Ability to function independently within a flat, modular organizational structure
• Strong capability to generate consistent revenue streams
• Experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance at a senior level
