Director, Workplace Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility services and programs for the North America bi-coastal portfolio
• Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the North America Workplace Services Managers
• Develop, manage, and report on Workplace budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Proactively engage with studio leads to ensure operational needs are met
• Conduct site visits to support local Workplace Services Managers and resolve issues
• Partner with Project Management, Real Estate, and Health & Safety teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of multi-site facilities management experience
• 5+ years of experience leading senior managers
• Experience with design and management of office builds, renovations, or construction projects
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems including reading schematics
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency
• Experience leveraging data for preventative maintenance and operational decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Experience with ticketing systems like Monday.com, ServiceNow, or OfficeSpace
• Prior experience in a studio or production environment
