Director, Workplace Safety & Health

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Aritzia’s approach to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) across Distribution Center operations
• Minimize hazards and emergency impacts within work spaces
• Assess program compliance and manage, maintain, and monitor WSH risk
• Respond to workplace incidents quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead day-to-day functions in support of corporate objectives
• Design strategies and set clear objectives to inspire and develop the WSH team

Requirements

• Proven, best-in-class expertise in Workplace Safety & Health with a specific focus on Distribution Centers
• Relevant professional certifications and education in WSH
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to design inspiring strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners
• Commitment to championing company values and people leadership principles
