Director, Workforce Intelligence Architect

Responsibilities

• Define the integration of human talent and AI capability to redefine the unit economics of resourcing.
• Build foundational frameworks to help leaders decide when and where to deploy human talent versus AI capability.
• Design and maintain integrated capacity models and planning capabilities to account for varying rates of AI adoption.
• Lead organizational effectiveness analysis, including spans, layers, structural scenarios, and role design.
• Partner with senior People and business leaders to connect workforce strategy to enterprise priorities.
• Translate sophisticated workforce models and scenario analyses into executive-ready narratives.
• Define and track key metrics including capacity shifts, role evolution, and AI impact.

Requirements

• Deep experience in both headcount/capacity planning and organizational design.
• Proven expertise in quantitative analysis, modeling, or consulting environments.
• Strong executive storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable narratives.
• Background in the technology industry, understanding the pace and scale of high-growth companies.
• Advanced modeling skills with the ability to integrate talent, financial, and operational data.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in evolving environments.
• An AI-native mindset with experience using AI to accelerate analysis and pressure-test models.
