Director Work, Rewards & Careers

Responsibilities

• Lead reward consulting projects for multinational organizations across the Benelux, Nordics, and Switzerland
• Design and implement solutions for job architecture, pay structures, incentive design, and reward benchmarking
• Manage project workstreams and lead small teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
• Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for HR and reward leaders at large multinational companies
• Translate complex client challenges into practical, data-driven reward strategies
• Collaborate with global experts to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience in reward, compensation, or HR consulting
• Proven experience working with large or multinational organizations
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex client projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized experience in pay structures, benchmarking, incentive design, or job architecture
