Director Wholesale Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

• Elevate wholesale customer operations across EMEA by improving end-to-end processes, including customer onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Govern customer and site master data to ensure high quality, integrity, and readiness for smart replenishment and scalable selling solutions.
• Drive digital transformation and operational excellence by optimizing hub execution and removing fragmented support models.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for hub operations, monitoring KPIs and surfacing commercial and operational risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Central EMEA Wholesale Excellence and Master Data team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to align regional strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in wholesale operations, customer operations, data governance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing operational or data-focused teams.
• Proven expertise in wholesale customer operations, hub models, and partner execution within fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
• Strong data and process acumen with the ability to define governance models and improve processes at scale.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose operational issues and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading business transformations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
