Responsibilities

• Oversee design, engineering, and construction delivery for venue renovation and upgrade projects
• Apply cross-disciplinary expertise to identify risks and validate technical solutions
• Build and lead relationships with venue owners, local authorities, and delivery partners
• Align competing stakeholder priorities to drive agreed outcomes
• Lead and develop Senior Managers and project teams, driving accountability and performance
• Provide direction to architecture and engineering consultants to ensure design alignment
• Maintain clarity and composure in high-pressure environments

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management
• Proven experience leading engineering or architecture and design programs
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent, complex projects in the Los Angeles area
• Experience working with senior executives and diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sports Management, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Training as an engineer or architect
• Licensure as an architect or engineer in California
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools
