Director, Vendor Management Office

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and direction for a complex portfolio of vendors supporting People, Culture, and Brand
• Build and lead a mature Vendor Management Office (VMO) with strong governance, controls, and discipline
• Partner with senior executives to influence strategic vendor roadmaps and align vendor strategies with enterprise priorities
• Oversee the strategy for key material outsourcing vendors to ensure adherence to regulatory and bank requirements
• Lead and guide strategic vendor negotiations to achieve optimal commercial value, flexibility, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with enterprise partners in Procurement, Risk, Legal, and Finance to improve vendor management processes
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of vendor management professionals

Requirements

• Extensive experience operating at a senior director level within a large, complex, and regulated organization
• Proven ability to influence executives and shape enterprise-level processes
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic vendor management and risk oversight
• Track record of delivering commercial outcomes and sustainable cost savings
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing professional teams
