Director, Value Engineering, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Engineering for the EMEA region, driving measurable business value through quantified TCO savings and productivity gains.
• Serve as the global owner of ValueIQ, the self-service value platform, defining its roadmap, vision, and adoption strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to execute strategic deals and drive customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain a framework for customer value realization to support renewals and expansion.
• Create reusable IP, including industry value narratives, ROI models, and business case templates.
• Enable and coach field teams (AEs, CSMs, SEs) to improve competency in value-led selling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Value Engineering, business consulting, or strategic enterprise sales.
• At least 5 years of experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building value engineering assets, frameworks, or platforms from scratch.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including expertise in ROI models and TCO analysis.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CDO).
• High degree of self-direction and a "builder" mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep industry expertise in Financial Services or Retail.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including semantic layers, BI, analytics, or platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience owning or contributing to automated value engineering or self-service tooling.
• Established thought leadership within the value engineering or GTM community.
