Director, Value Engineering, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA regional Value Engineering motion, driving measurable business outcomes and quantified TCO savings for enterprise customers.
• Act as the global owner of ValueIQ, our self-service value platform, defining its vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to identify strategic deals and build defensible business cases for C-level executives.
• Develop a framework for post-sale value realization to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Create reusable intellectual property, including industry value narratives, ROI models, and business case templates.
• Enable and coach field teams (AEs, CSMs, SEs) to increase competency in value-led selling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Value Engineering, business consulting, or strategic enterprise sales.
• At least 5 years of experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building value engineering frameworks, assets, or platforms from scratch.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including expertise in ROI models and TCO analysis.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence CFOs, CIOs, and CDOs.
• High degree of self-direction and a "builder" mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep industry expertise in Financial Services or Retail.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including semantic layers, BI, analytics, or platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience owning or contributing to automated value engineering or self-service tooling.
• Established thought leadership within the value engineering or GTM community.
