Director, Value Engineering, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EMEA regional Value Engineering leader, driving measurable business value and quantified TCO savings across the account base.
• Act as the global owner of ValueIQ, the self-service value platform, defining its vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy.
• Lead strategic deal execution by building and defending business cases at the C-level (CFO, CIO, CDO).
• Establish a customer value realization framework to quantify post-sale impact, driving renewals and expansion.
• Create reusable intellectual property, including industry value narratives, ROI models, and business case templates.
• Enable and coach EMEA sales and customer success teams to improve competency in value-led selling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Value Engineering, business consulting, or strategic enterprise sales.
• At least 5 years of experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building value engineering assets, frameworks, or platforms from the ground up.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including expertise in ROI models and TCO analysis.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• High degree of self-direction and a "builder" mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep industry expertise in Financial Services or Retail.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including semantic layers, BI, analytics, or platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience owning or contributing to value automation tooling or self-service platforms.
• Established thought leadership within the value engineering or analytics community.
