Director UX Design

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of UX, UI, content, and localization designers
• Set and uphold a high craft bar for UX flow, UI, typography, motion, and micro-interactions
• Own a consumer experience domain end-to-end across multiple brands and markets
• Build design-technology capability by scaling design systems and design-to-code workflows
• Implement AI-native workflows to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to align on priorities and unblock delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading high-performing design teams in B2C product companies
• Exceptional visual and interaction design sensibility with high product taste
• Experience designing and maintaining quality across multi-brand or multi-market ecosystems
• Design-technologist mindset with fluency in design systems and component architecture
• AI-native practice using tools like Figma and Claude for insight synthesis and prototyping
• High agency and a bias toward shipping software at scale
