Director, UX Design

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy aligned to product vision, customer needs, and business goals
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmaps and prioritization
• Lead and develop a team of UX designers and researchers, coaching senior ICs and emerging leaders
• Drive cohesion across information architecture, interaction patterns, and design systems
• Define best practices for designing AI-enhanced user experiences and lead adoption of AI-enabled workflows
• Scale UX research strategy and operating models to ensure insights inform product decisions
• Ensure alignment across globally distributed teams to maintain design excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX design
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience scaling UX teams within complex SaaS environments
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and how to operationalize them at scale
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows and improve outcomes
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry
• Experience working with and leading globally distributed teams
