Director, US Skin Health HCP Activation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCP activation strategy and go-to-market execution for the Skin Health portfolio
• Drive sales force leadership by overseeing field tools, training programs, and selling materials
• Partner with CSO leadership, Medical Affairs, and R&D to ensure science-led, compliant messaging
• Manage activation KPIs, budgets, and ROI to drive accelerated HCP recommendations and commercial growth
• Lead and develop high-performing HCP activation teams across sales and marketing functions
• Establish clear operating models, governance, and feedback loops in partnership with Sales Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required (advanced degree preferred)
• 10–12+ years of experience in HCP marketing, activation, and sales leadership or enablement
• Proven experience leading sales force activation
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong analytical capability to track performance and optimize execution

• Expertise in HCP activation strategy and omnichannel activation
• Strong stakeholder influence skills
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
