About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Partner Solution Sales specialists, owning team quota and security revenue growth
- Set a clear security go-to-market strategy and co-sell execution plan
- Drive disciplined sales execution cadence, including pipeline reviews and forecasting
- Coach specialists on solution-area expertise, partner engagement, and value-based selling
- Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the team
- Set the PIN partner strategy for the Security solution area to drive customer impact
- Guide the team to deepen partner practices and accelerate partner-led pipeline
- Orchestrate across account teams, solution specialists, marketing, and partner teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, or business development
- 2+ years of informal or formal people management experience
- Experience in solution-area depth in Security (XDR, SIEM/SOAR, Identity, Data Security, or Zero Trust)
- Experience selling with and through a partner ecosystem via co-sell motions
- Strong cross-group orchestration and executive presence skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) with relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of formal people management experience
- Proven track record of managing team forecasts and coaching quota-carrying sellers
- Deep understanding of connecting security capabilities to measurable business outcomes
