Director, US Glaucoma Pharmaceutical Marketing

Responsibilities

• Set and own the professional marketing strategy for the U.S. glaucoma portfolio, including positioning and messaging
• Lead lifecycle planning and adapt strategies based on market dynamics and competitive landscapes
• Drive the annual brand planning process and ensure alignment across Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Finance
• Oversee the development and delivery of professional marketing programs to support HCP engagement
• Lead U.S. launch planning and execution for new glaucoma products and line extensions
• Track brand performance and manage budgets in partnership with Finance
• Directly lead, coach, and develop members of the glaucoma marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 10 years of relevant professional experience
• 6 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in ophthalmology, glaucoma, or specialty pharmaceuticals
• Proven ability to develop people and build strong teams
• Experience making decisions grounded in insight and business impact
