Director, US Distribution & Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution and warehouse operations across two U.S. fulfillment locations, ensuring safe and efficient execution
• Oversee finished-goods receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Establish, track, and manage KPIs for productivity, accuracy, fulfillment speed, safety, and cost
• Improve and standardize operational documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
• Drive optimization of storage capacity through layout improvements and slotting strategies
• Identify and lead initiatives to automate manual processes and enhance warehouse flows
• Develop high-performing warehouse teams through coaching, training, and succession planning
• Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Care to resolve fulfillment issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in U.S. distribution, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience managing multi-site warehouse operations and medium-to-large teams
• Strong proficiency with SAP WMS, inventory controls, and data integrity processes
• Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Skilled in KPI development, performance management, and data analysis (PowerBI preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to travel between U.S. warehouse sites (approximately 20%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS
• Experience working in regulated or quality-sensitive environments
