About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily distribution and warehouse operations across two U.S. fulfillment locations, ensuring safe and efficient execution
- Oversee finished-goods receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Establish, track, and manage KPIs for productivity, accuracy, fulfillment speed, safety, and cost
- Improve and standardize operational documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Drive optimization of storage capacity through layout improvements and slotting strategies
- Identify and lead initiatives to automate manual processes and enhance warehouse flows
- Develop high-performing warehouse teams through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Care to resolve fulfillment issues
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in U.S. distribution, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Proven experience managing multi-site warehouse operations and medium-to-large teams
- Strong proficiency with SAP WMS, inventory controls, and data integrity processes
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Skilled in KPI development, performance management, and data analysis (PowerBI preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to travel between U.S. warehouse sites (approximately 20%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS
- Experience working in regulated or quality-sensitive environments
