About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and administration of incentive compensation and bonus programs
- Develop plan design models, manage payouts, and deliver reporting
- Serve as commercial business owner for CRM platforms like Veeva
- Partner with IT to implement and optimize CRM and data solutions
- Own business intelligence reporting tools and ensure data accuracy
- Design and implement fleet programs aligned with business needs
- Lead coordination of national, regional, and headquarters meetings
- Drive cross-functional planning across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
- Experience in field sales, sales leadership, or field operations
- Demonstrated experience in launch readiness, ideally in rare disease or neuromuscular therapies
- Experience with CRM, BI tools, Snowflake, Boomi, or SP/SIP
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership
