About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, design, and administration of incentive compensation and bonus programs
  • Develop plan design models, manage payouts, and deliver reporting
  • Serve as commercial business owner for CRM platforms like Veeva
  • Partner with IT to implement and optimize CRM and data solutions
  • Own business intelligence reporting tools and ensure data accuracy
  • Design and implement fleet programs aligned with business needs
  • Lead coordination of national, regional, and headquarters meetings
  • Drive cross-functional planning across Sales, Marketing, and Finance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
  • Experience in field sales, sales leadership, or field operations
  • Demonstrated experience in launch readiness, ideally in rare disease or neuromuscular therapies
  • Experience with CRM, BI tools, Snowflake, Boomi, or SP/SIP
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership
