About the Company

Cuemath is a global online math tutoring platform that offers live, 1-on-1 classes for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Their math program helps children build confidence and succeed in school and competitions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US operations and revenue delivery across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, delivery, retention, and renewals
• Drive predictable month-on-month revenue while improving efficiency and unit economics
• Identify patterns, constraints, and root causes across the funnel and solve them at a system level
• Design and scale processes, operating rhythms, incentives, and org structures that enable growth
• Lead a lean, high-impact team of approximately 50 members
• Use data rigorously to track performance and work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Act as the final owner during escalations, crises, and cross-functional trade-offs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, revenue ownership, or general management roles
• Proven experience running or scaling large revenue businesses ($40M to $100M+ ARR or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience solving large, complex problems at scale
• Strong depth in analytics, structured problem-solving, and system design
• Ability to work US hours and travel to the US for approximately 2-3 months annually
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure environments
