Director Upstream Product Marketing PSMA Late Stage

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of commercial and lifecycle strategies for Illuccix®, Gozellix®, and late-stage PSMA programs
• Serve as the primary commercial thought leader guiding market evolution and competitive positioning
• Own the development of business cases, TAM/SAM analyses, and value assessments
• Partner with regional leaders and medical counterparts to identify evidence needs and influence data-generation priorities
• Act as the senior commercial partner to GDLs to ensure late-stage development aligns with market needs
• Oversee the synthesis of competitive intelligence, including clinical progress and regulatory events
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives such as lifecycle indication launches and expansion projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 8–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, molecular imaging, medical device, or diagnostics marketing
• Experience in oncology or urology preferred
• Proven experience leading upstream product strategy or lifecycle management for late-stage assets
• Strong financial and analytical acumen for developing forecasts and investment cases
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
