Director

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical accounting advisory services to clients on complex issues.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and act as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Lead business development activities and contribute to the development of new proposals.
• Oversee project management, ensuring multiple engagements meet stringent deadlines.
• Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards and GAAP conversions.
• Support financial reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members within the Accounting and Reporting Consulting team.
• Conduct research on accounting topics and prepare detailed technical memos.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.
• Deep expertise in GAAP conversion and implementation of new accounting standards (IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS).
• Proven experience in business development and practice management.
• Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle extended working hours when necessary.
• Willingness to travel on short notice as required by client needs.
