Director - Turnkey

Responsibilities

• Promote, develop, and lead project, construction and contract management services within turnkey and integrated project solutions
• Manage and report on the performance of project, construction and contract management services
• Grow services to warrant recruitment to support business expansion
• Contribute to strategic growth and implementation of appropriate business development tools
• Ensure client objectives are met through value-added project, construction and contract management services

Requirements

• Demonstrable technical expertise in delivering contractor project management services
• Experience managing a small team of professionals
• Experience delivering consultancy project management services
• Industry related degree
• RICS or CIOB Chartered status
• Experience providing turnkey solutions within a consultancy environment
