About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote, develop, and lead project, construction and contract management services within turnkey and integrated project solutions
- Manage and report on the performance of project, construction and contract management services
- Grow services to warrant recruitment to support business expansion
- Contribute to strategic growth and implementation of appropriate business development tools
- Ensure client objectives are met through value-added project, construction and contract management services
Requirements
- Demonstrable technical expertise in delivering contractor project management services
- Experience managing a small team of professionals
- Experience delivering consultancy project management services
- Industry related degree
- RICS or CIOB Chartered status
- Experience providing turnkey solutions within a consultancy environment
