About the Company

Trivandi was formed in 2013 by the leadership team that planned, delivered and operated the 120+ venues of the London 2012 Games. Trivandi Academy is dedicated to building a stronger, more sustainable global major events sector through world-class professional development, research, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall vision and strategic roadmap for the Trivandi Academy
• Drive business development, market foothold, and client relationships
• Manage commercial performance including revenue, profitability, and long-term growth
• Lead the development of L&D IP and digital/in-person learning products
• Oversee workforce and volunteer training programs
• Build and lead a high-performing team of subject matter experts
• Establish and grow physical training facilities in KSA
• Represent the Academy in industry forums and strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Significant experience leading consultancy in a global or KSA-based Management Consultancy
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability success
• Extensive experience in the KSA and MENA Region
• Experience leading complex people or transformation programs
• Senior level financial literacy and P&L management experience
• Ability to travel internationally as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic fluency (Written & Spoken)
• Degree in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
