Director, Transformation - Working Capital

Headquartered in New York, the firm leverages data, technology, and AI to support the office of the CFO in driving end-to-end value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and operations value creation initiatives by assessing people, processes, and technology
• Design and execute implementation plans to drive cash flow and cost optimization across Contract-to-Cash, Procure-to-Payment, and Forecast-to-Fulfillment processes
• Design future state operating models including organizational structure and technology enablement (ERP, bespoke technology)
• Establish and drive transformation program governance for multi-workstream engagements
• Measure and track KPI and initiative ROI to support realized benefits
• Manage workstreams and junior resources including Vice Presidents, Associates, or Analysts
• Build relationships with C-level personnel at portfolio companies and private equity sponsors
• Assist in business development activities and internal firm initiatives
• Travel to client sites as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a client-serving role at a top-tier consulting firm or senior private industry role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing multi-sector engagements and internal team dynamics
• Deep knowledge of business processes including contract-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A
• Expertise in designing and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and enterprise value
• Knowledge of the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and portfolio companies
