Director Transformation Office Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and run core transformation processes, including initiative governance, value sizing, and confidence assessment.
• Serve as the primary owner of transformation operating systems and tools to ensure hierarchy design and QA standards.
• Lead the transition of transformation operations from external consultants to internal ownership.
• Partner with business pillar leads to pressure-test initiatives, clarify trade-offs, and resolve execution risks.
• Ensure savings and value initiatives are translated into credible financial outcomes in partnership with Finance and People & Culture.
• Support the preparation of executive-level materials, including SteerCo content and decision-ready insights.
• Build and refine playbooks, standards, and reusable frameworks to scale transformation capabilities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to contribute to a high-performance transformation culture.

Requirements

• Strong background in leading complex, cross-functional transformation or value creation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
• Prior experience working in consulting or private equity-backed environments.
• Deep analytical skills with experience in business case validation and translating operational actions into P&L impact.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
