Responsibilities
- Lead administration of global equity programs and manage grants, exercises, and compliance
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and HR to formalize equity-related processes
- Design, manage, and evolve global compensation structures, including executive compensation and bonus plans
- Oversee cash compensation planning, salary structure, and market benchmarking
- Prepare materials for the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee
- Implement performance management systems and goal-setting frameworks
- Lead the strategy, execution, and management of employee benefits and wellness programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
- At least 3 years in a U.S. public company environment
- Experience with cross-border equity plans (RSUs, PSUs, options, DSUs)
- Strong knowledge of disclosure requirements, 10b5-1 plans, and SOX 404 compliance
- Hands-on experience with equity plan administrators like Fidelity
- Understanding of payroll tax implications of equity plans across jurisdictions
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
- Experience with M&A transactions and equity plan transitions
- Experience building Total Rewards programs from scratch
